Francisca es una usuaria de 91 años que tiene servicio de ayuda a domicilio desde hace unos seis años. Para ella supuso un cambio de vida, porque tener este servicio la ha permitido seguir viviendo sola en su propia casa, algo que valora mucho. Tiene plena confianza en la auxiliar, y en cierta manera, se siente protegida, sabiendo que ella acude al domicilio cada día. Francisca tiene dos hijas, que también están muy contentas con el servicio, y les da tranquilidad que la auxiliar acuda al domicilio, tienen plena confianza en ella y en los cuidados que da a Francisca.
A veces se desahogan e incluso cuentan cosas que ni siquiera le cuentan a su familia. Es un trabajo muy gratificante porque los usuarios se preocupan por ellas, y es un trabajo que te distrae de tus propios problemas. Procuras tratarles lo mejor posible y piensas que, en un futuro, tú puedes estar en esta misma situación.
Somos dos hermanas, estamos encantadas con el servicio y por supuesto con Anabel, ella nos cuida y sobre todo nos apoya y nos enseña muchas cosas que sin ella no habríamos aprendido a hacer. No sé qué haríamos sin el servicio y sin ella.
Carmen ante todo tiene mucha humanidad y respeto con mi madre. La trata con mucho cariño y la motiva para que haga pequeñas tareas acordes a su capacidad. Yo estoy tranquila cuando trabajo porque se queda en muy buenas manos. Cuando Carmen no ha estado y han venido otras auxiliares a sustituirla he estado igual de contenta con ellas.
